HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play and Table Integrity in Holdem Proseries

We run Holdem Proseries through certified live studio feeds from Pragmatic Play. The deal mechanics, card shuffles, and hand outcomes sit inside the studio's own certified RNG and audit pipeline — we don't modify those feeds on our end. Here's what that means for your account experience on b9com.

Certified Studio Feed Pragmatic Play's live Holdem Proseries tables operate under their own certification framework. Shuffle and deal integrity is audited at the studio level, independent of our lobby configuration.
Transparent RTP Display RTP information for each Holdem Proseries variant is shown in the table detail panel only where Pragmatic Play publishes it. We don't display figures for variants where the provider hasn't released them.
Encrypted Account Sessions Your account session during a Holdem Proseries hand runs over SSL encryption end to end. Login, stake placement, and withdrawal requests all travel through the same secured channel.
Hand History Access Every hand you play in Holdem Proseries is recorded and accessible under your account. You can review any round, check outcomes, and raise a dispute directly from that log if something doesn't match.
b9com Inside Our Holdem Proseries Rooms

Inside Our Holdem Proseries Rooms

Holdem Proseries is a live poker format where professional dealers run each hand against a fixed table structure — no waiting for other players to act out a full ring. The format suits Pakistan players who want a clear, fast hand cycle rather than long multi-player sessions. Our lobby currently carries Holdem Proseries titles from Pragmatic Play's live studio, including standard and

high-cap variants. Each table shows the current stake range and a live preview before you sit. RTP figures are displayed only where Pragmatic Play exposes them for the specific variant. You switch between tables without leaving the live casino section, and the stream quality adjusts automatically on mobile connections.

TABLE HELP PATHS

Getting Help While You Play Holdem Proseries

Most Holdem Proseries questions come up during a session — a disconnection mid-hand, a stake confusion, or a wallet query tied to your account balance. Our support paths are built around keeping that friction short so you get back to the table quickly.

Live Chat Support Reach our support team through live chat on the site. For Holdem Proseries session issues — dropped connections, hand disputes, stake queries — the chat route gets you to a response without leaving the lobby.
Account Wallet Help If your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast balance isn't reflecting at the table, open your account wallet page first. Most clearance gaps resolve once the transfer confirms on the payment rail side.
Game History Log Every Holdem Proseries hand is logged under your account's game history. If a result looks wrong, pull the hand ID from that log and include it when you contact support — it speeds up the review significantly.

Holdem Proseries Terms You Should Know

New to the format or just want to make sure you're reading the table correctly? These are the terms that come up most in Holdem Proseries sessions.

What is the 'ante' in Holdem Proseries?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed before cards are dealt. In Holdem Proseries it sets the base pot size and applies to every hand regardless of position at the table.

What does 'hole cards' mean in this format?

Hole cards are the two private cards dealt face-down to you at the start of each hand. Only you see them; they combine with the community cards to form your final hand.

What is the 'flop' in a Holdem Proseries hand?

The flop is the first three community cards dealt face-up on the table. Shared by all active positions, they're the main reference point for deciding whether to continue betting.

What does 'check' mean at a live Holdem Proseries table?

Checking means passing the action to the next position without placing a bet. It's only available when no bet has been made in the current round. You forfeit the option if someone bets before you.

What is a 'side pot' and when does it appear?

A side pot forms when one position goes all-in but others continue betting beyond that amount. The all-in player contests only the main pot; remaining bets build the separate side pot.

What does RTP mean in a live poker context?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of bets returned over many hands. In live Holdem Proseries, RTP is shown only where Pragmatic Play publishes the figure for that variant.
